Bio Growing up in a small beach town in New Zealand, Phoebe knew she wanted to be a Makeup Artist when she was 13. At 17 she left high school and moved to Australia where she studied Makeup. Then at 19 she moved to Los Angeles. Arriving in LA she began assisting some Celebrity Make up Artists closely learning as much as she could.
Some of her credits include Celebrities such as Snoop Dogg, Ray Romano, Big Sean, Shaquille O'Neill, Akon, G-Eazy, Dennis Rodman, Ashley Tisdale, Lisa Vanderpump, Stan Lee, Andrew Garfield, Tao Cruz, David Hasslehoff, JWOWW, Alice Cooper, Ray J, Fred Willard, Michael Strahan, Mary Steinburgeon, Jason Biggs, DJ Kaskade, The Property Bros and Tobin Bell. Other credits include many Music Videos, Feature Films, Reality Shows, Tour Videos, Magazine Covers & Editorials for over 50 magazines including Forbes and Vogue Italia. Phoebe has done interviews and collaborated with top makeup brands including Ardell Lashes, MAC, Murad and Kevyn Aucion. Phoebe has worked at Miss USA, The Oscars, Golden Globes, Soul Train Awards, Press Junkets, NBC Universal, The Grammy's, Germany's Next Top Model, America's Next top Model, Comedy Central. Phoebe's main focus is her personal clients, she has been working with Singer Skylar Stecker for 5 years, and Actresses Ruby Jay and Tanisha Long. She writes beauty articles for magazines, blogs, radio interviews and other media including published books, tutorials for Disney, Cosmetics lines & beauty products. At the beginning of 2011 Phoebe was asked to teach for a UK beauty school, as their head tutor for Los Angeles division, also being flown to Seattle to teach classes with up to 70 women right after her 23rd birthday. Phoebe has also judged Miss Teen USA Beauty Pageant 2011. Phoebe has been requested to be an inspirational speaker at a women's shelter & has spoke MUD Make-up school multiple times and taught live workshops for online Makeup School Vizio.
